“Now is the month of maying”

I maj spillede The Nordic Baroque Band (NBB) sæsonafslutningen i Ersta kyrka i Stockholm. Se herunder en billedeserie fra en aften i euforiens tegn. Koncerten startede med Morleys “Now os the month of maying” og sangen igen som ekstra-ekstranummer, hvor publikum sang med. Vi kunne ikke forestille os en bedre sæsonafslutning og vi glæder os til efterårets koncertserie, som har temaerne: Livet, Døden og Evigheden.
/In May The Nordic Baroque Band played the last concert of the season in Ersta church in Stockholm. We are looking forward to playing the fall concert series with the themes: Life, Death and Eternity. /

Maj bød også på en koncertmaratondag for Doppler Duo, hvor vi først spillede barokkoncert med Fionian Quartet i Ferritslev Fritidshus efterfulgt af en Doppler-koncert om aftenen med barokmusik og nordiske stykker i Ulbølle kirke. En fantastisk dag, som blev fejret med efterfølgende varm kakao.
/In May Doppler Duo had a concert-marathon-day with a concert with Fionian Quartet in the afternoon followed up by a Doppler Duo concert in Ulbølle church in the evening. We celebrated with a hot chocolate afterwards./
